Reporting

The platform provides users with the ability to download detailed system-level reports, which are crucial for gaining insights into ongoing projects, their statuses, associated reports, runs and schedules. These reports allow users to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the system's operations and monitor project progress.

Types of Reports

  • Project Summary: The Project Summary Report provides an overview of all projects linked to your account, including key metrics (total rows, request count, runs), project status, report type, frequency, delivery format, destination, and a direct URL to the project.

  • Run Summary: View a summary of all runs associated with the account, detailing metrics such as row count, delivery status and delivery destinations.

  • Delayed Schedules: View a summary of listing schedules that have been delayed. The report details delayed project schedules, including the Schedule Name, Scheduled Time, Delay Duration, Status and a URL for easy access.

  • Schedule Activity: View a report detailing any changes made to scheduling activities. The report gives details of the Schedule Name, Schedule Activity and the details of the activities, along with the URL.

  • Upcoming Runs: View a summary of upcoming run dates scheduled along with URL within the account.

Generating Reports

Project and Time Frame Reports

Users can generate these reports for specific time frames and selected projects. In order to generate these reports:

  • Click on Generate Report under the Action column on the reporting page.
  • Fill in the Name of the project.
  • Select the Timeline for the report.
  • Click Generate.
  • The Status column will show:
    • Pending while the report is being prepared and
    • Completed once the report is ready.
  • Go to the Generated Reports column to view the list of generated reports.
  • Click on the number representing the available reports for a specific summary to open a grid displaying the report details.
  • The sidebar will show information about each report, including the generator, date and time of creation.
  • Locate the report you want to download in the grid and click the Download button in the corresponding row to save it to your device.

The report generation process may take time depending on its complexity. Once generated, the report will be available for download. To download it, click on the number of generated reports in the same row as the desired report type.
